  • Job Description: The Sejong University School of Business is seeking academically and professionally qualified faculty in all areas of Financial Accounting(US CPA and knowledge of IFRS preferred), Finance/Investment(CFA preferred), Operations, Marketing, Organizational Behavior/Theory, Enterprenueurship. The School is AACSB accredited and has both graduate and undergraduate study programs, including a variety of specialized and general MBA programs. Successful candidates would teach in English language, primarily in MBA programs, including the acclaimed multicultural SSMBA, which draws students from a variety of cultures, as well as Korean executives. Undergraduate teaching, also in English language, may also be a possibility. Most MBA courses are executive/evening/weekend, but a new full time day MBA has been introduced.

    The positions require a doctorate/terminal degree from an accredited institution. The School invites applicants with outstanding academic accomplishments and solid involvement in professional activities for full time faculty positions, either tenure-track or shorter term visiting positions. Faculty retired from other institutions may also apply. Applicants skilled in all areas of Financial Accounting, Finance/Investment, Operations, Marketing, Organizational Behavior/Theory, and Enterpreneurship/ Emerging enterprises are sought. Tenure track appointments at assistant, associate, or full professor are possible, depending on level of experience and accomplishment. Native English speaking or English/Korean abilities are preferred. Salary and rank will be commensurate with education and professional experience; housing and a travel allowance may be provided.
