The Professors of Finance will engage in professional activities and policy development in the academic discipline of finance with industry, within the School, University and wider community.

The Australian National University (ANU) has a long-established international reputation for excellence in research and education and is ranked 24th in the world and first in Australia (2012 QS rankings).

The ANU College of Business and Economics is one of seven Colleges at ANU, and comprises four Research Schools and allied academic units. It has played an important role in building this reputation and offers a wide range of coursework programs at undergraduate and graduate level, supervises higher degree research students, and conducts cutting-edge research in the closely related areas of business and economics.
