Title: Faculty Position in the Areas of Finance and Business

  • Location: Mexico City, MEXICO
  • Job Description: ITAM School of Business seeks applications to fill at least one faculty position commencing in the 2013-2014 academic year. Specialists who work in finance, economics, corporate strategy, organizational behavior, decision-making, international business, marketing, operations management, business and society, business and the environment, corporate social responsibility, as well as other business areas, are invited to apply. Applicants should have, or be close to completing, a Ph.D. from an accredited institution, and should have strong research backgrounds or demonstrate substantial potential for performing important academic research in a field with relevance to business practice. Successful applicants will also demonstrate the potential to teach effectively in an MBA classroom. The appointment may be at the assistant, associate or full professor level, depending on the qualifications of the candidate. A candidate who is close to completing a Ph.D. will be appointed as an instructor until the semester after completion of the Ph.D.

    In addition, we will consider applications for one-year visiting faculty positions in this area. Appointments may be made in the grades of visiting professor, visiting associate professor, and visiting assistant professor, depending on the qualification of the candidate.
